Hess Family Estates? Hess Collection?s wines will now be distributed in Arizona and Washington by Young?s Market Co., which previously distributed Hess' Napa Valley wines in California and other Western states.
That means the Napa company's Hess Collection offerings will be ?exclusively represented in the western United States? by Young?s, the company said Thursday.
Previously, its Hess Collection wines were distributed by Alliance Beverage? in Arizona and by Noble Wines Ltd. in Washington. Hess is now represented by Young?s in nine states -- California, Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and Utah. The companies have worked together since 1991.
Young?s Market Co., based in Orange, is the fourth-largest wine and spirits distributor in the nation, officials said.
